The Simulated Sports Car Association might well be the toughest, most competitive endurance competition currently running. We entered two Corvette C6.R cars in the GT-1 class, the #51 with Van den Brink, Verdegaal and Offermans and the #52 with Verbert, Nieuwenhof and Raemen in a field of 29 cars in two classes.
Eight long hours later, the #52 car finished in 6th place in class and the #51 car got us the first podium, finishing in second place and still on the same lap as the RC Motorsports C6.R who won the GT-1 class. In LMP-1, Andras Kiraly, driving for GhostSpeed Racing, won that class.
